DEPOSIT

£100 part-time fee or £200 fulltime fee, payable when booking your child’s place. This is held until a calendar month’s notice is given and used for payment towards the last month’s fees. In the absence of any written notice the deposit will be retained in lieu of notice. Please note that any fees more than 2 weeks in arrears without prior arrangement we retain the right to exclude your child from nursery and retain the deposit.

FLEXI SESSIONS

Children that are already in regular attendance can have additional days added on as and when required by their family depending on availability.  These are called flexi sessions.  Payment for these are requested on booking as a separate arrangement and must be paid in full prior to the session.  Once booked the session must be used or when 48 hours acceptable notice is given can be transferred to another date within 4 weeks of booking.  Flexi sessions have to be planned and staffed in advance, however there are occasions when we may have availability on the day if payment is brought in with the child.

All fees are worked out allowing for 2 weeks holiday allowance (one which includes the Christmas week). Fees are multiplied by a 50-week year and divided into 12 equal calendar monthly instalments, payable monthly in advance, allowing parents to pay by direct debit if they wish. The nursery is closed for all public holidays.

Sibling discount of 10% (off cheapest child) - Excluding Flexi Bookings.

Fulltime fees have a discount of 10% off the monthly amount.

We accept The Nursery Education Grant (NEG) now called "Free for Three and Fours" for all qualifying 3 & 4-year-olds.
